Born from lived experience, Regul8 emerged when Ben and Lydia transformed their personal struggles into purpose. Witnessing firsthand how inadequate emotional support damages lives, they created what was missing in their own journeys—a place where understanding emotions isn't just taught but experienced. Regul8 exists because they refused to let another generation face the same challenges without the tools to thrive.
