Who we are
Regul8 is a Community Interest Company founded in 2022 and based in Loughborough. We work across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland with children, young people, parents, carers, and the professionals who support them — primarily young people aged 7 to 25.
Regul8 teaches young people to understand and regulate their own stress response. Not as therapy — as a skill. We work at the level of the physiology: what fires in the brain and body under stress, what it does to the ability to think and connect, and how to change it in real time using biofeedback technology that makes the invisible visible.

We are a nervous system regulation service that increases young people's emotional intelligence.
We work at the level of the nervous system, building regulation capacity before crisis hits. We give young people, and the adults around them, the tools, the language, and the understanding to manage their own physiological and emotional states.
When people can regulate their nervous system, emotional intelligence follows. That is the logic of everything we do.

A world where the understanding of the stress response — what it is, what it does, and how to influence it — reaches every young person, in every setting, before crisis hits.
Who we work with
We work with the young people that other services struggle to reach. Young people in care, leaving care, in pupil referral units, in alternative provision, in SEMH settings, in residential children's homes — and the parents, carers, and professionals who hold them.
Our work spans primary schools, secondary schools, PRUs, alternative provision, SEMH settings, residential care, foster care, and one-to-one delivery in homes and community settings across Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland.
